Working as the UX & UI lead at Dow Goodfolk, I was responsible for seeing the entire website project through in all aspects relating to planning, usability, and design. I ran multiple workshops with key stakeholders in the NZPG business, including the CEO. Our goal was to involve as many important business heads as possible in our initial strategic phases to retain a sense of ownership throughout the creative process.

Once the workshops, user personas, user scenarios, and information architecture were complete, I created wireframes for the website, keeping in mind our plan to re-use the page structure and functionality for the sister sites to Prime Panels. I then used existing rebrand work recently completed by another company to refresh the look & feel of the website. In the latter phases I also directed an intermediate designer who applied my design style to the remaining pages, and I oversaw the technical build process for quality assurance.
