While still living and working in New Zealand, I had the opportunity to work on a website project for Vancouver law firm Watson Goepel. Our general manager at the time flew to Vancouver to run a workshop designed by myself and my creative director.
When the job got underway, I was briefly involved in the preliminary planning stages but was then pulled away on another job for a few months. When I returned, the wireframes had been completed and some early thoughts on visual look & feel were underway. I took over the design of the project from this point and completed the design for the rest of the site. This included a review of the site structure and ensuring the proposed wireframes would work on both desktop and mobile devices.
I was also involved later in the project as an art director for the new staff photography that was shot specifically for the website, advising the client and photographer on the ideal grading and composition for the photos.
